13 Minute Pregnancy Glute Workout

This is a 13-minute pregnancy glute activation workout that you can use throughout your pregnancy.

Whilst pregnant the gluten tend to switch off as your bump grows. This can lead to lower back tension and changes to your posture.

This workout will help you to strengthen and activate your glutes in a safe way.

Equipment Needed: A yoga mat/spot on the floor + a cushion/pillow
